Our Ma La dip is derived from the Sichuan province of central China. Thee choices of broths are mild, medium or hot. Each skewer, or shish kabob, is then cooked and meant to be an explosion to the taste buds. The spice doesn't last long so even patrons who do not prefer spicy will still enjoy the dish.
