Plaza Tower Roll

    Crispy shrimp tempura, rich cream cheese, fresh cucumber, and crab meat mix, topped with spicy tuna and spinach tempura flakes. Served wtih both spicy and orange sauces.

Corona Roll

   Fresh avocado, yamakobo, crab meat, yellow tail, and green onions.  Topped with sliced limes. Served with Sriracha hot chili sauce.

Tropical Rainforest

    Smoked salmon, tangy mango, rich cream cheese, sliced yellow onion and chopped green onion rolled and topped with avocado, sun flower seeds. Drizzled with both sweet eel and mango sauces.

Tiger Shrimp Roll

    Crispy Tiger shrimp tempura, crab meat mix and cucumber rolled and topped with cooked tiger shrimp. Served with lobster sauce. (Cooked)

Jalapeno Roll

    Enticing slices of salmon, red tuna, red snapper and crab meat are served with fresh jalapenos, burdock root, rich cream cheese and rolled in green soy paper.

Crunchy Calamari Roll

    Crispy tempura calamari, crab meat mix and rich cream cheese are rolled together before being dusted with spinach tempura flakes and drizzled with sweet eel sauce.  (Cooked)

Las Vegas Roll

    Crab meat and rich cream cheese are rolled in rice and seaweed, lightly tempura fried and stacked with spicy tuna, crab meat mix and sliced lotus root crisps.  Finished with sweet eel sauce and spinach tempura flakes. Our most requested roll!

Tuna Tataki Roll 

     White tuna, red snapper, yellow tail, cilantro, yellow and green onion are first marinated in lime juice.  Rolled with freshly sliced cucumber and topped with thinly sliced tuna tataki and avocado.  Topped with a black pepper tuna tataki sauce. 

Red Diamond Roll

    Spicy salmon, fresh cilantro, cucumber and jalapeno, all rolled and then topped with ripe avocado slices. Served with spicy sauce.

Bahama Roll

White tuna, green onions, and cilantro marinated in lime juice rolled with kosher sea salt, fresh cucumber and avocado.  Topped with ebi shrimp.  Served spicy mayo and mango sauce.

Formosa Roll

    Cream cheese, crabmeat stick, green onion and white fish rolled in seaweed lightly tempura fried. Served with homemade spicy sauce and sweet eel sauce. (Cooked)
